Gurjot Brar, P.Eng.

Mr. Gurjot has a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering Degree. He started working in a range of projects, offering creative MEP solutions to his clients. With each project, Mr. Brar accumulated new skills and understanding of modern and futuristic requirements of his clients. While his mechanical design engineering degree enriched him with the conceptual knowledge about MEP services, his exposure to a diverse range of projects strengthened his practical skills and understanding.

Jaswinder Kaushal, P.Eng.

Mr. Jaswinder has Bachelors in Electronics & Instrumentation engineering degree. He is responsible for electrical design and drawings at EPro. Jaswinder gained experience in a variety of projects, ranging from residential, commercial, restaurants, offices, industrial buildings, green houses, GMP facilities, berry processing plants, offices, retail and mixed-use facilities, tenant improvement projects etc. throughout British Columbia and Alberta. He has a strong understanding of power, lighting, low tension, communications and life safety systems. As an Electrical Team Lead, Jaswinder oversees several projects from design to construction completion.

Dhawal Leuva, P.Eng.

Mr. Dhawal has Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering degree and Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering degree. Dhawal is responsible for successful completion of mechanical and energy model designs at EPro. His previous experience and skills from Aerospace and Oil & Gas product development has given him a unique perspective for detail coordinated and harmonized designs. As a Mechanical Team Lead, Dhawal oversees multiple projects while providing design guidance, review and coordination of construction documents.

Navdeep Dhaliwal, EIT

Navdeep was born in Canada and grew up in Punjab, India. Navdeep completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar University. He moved back to Vancouver in 2016.

Navdeep is a Mechanical EIT and is working his way to earn his Professional Engineer designation. As an EIT, Navdeep is responsible for mechanical design and drafting involving HVAC & plumbing portion of the projects. He has over 3 years of experience in designing both commercial and residential projects. He has worked on multiple restaurants, warehouse, offices, residential apartments and townhomes. Navdeep has gained extensive proficiency in various design software like AutoCAD and Revit.

Navdeep is also the lead Energy Advisor at EPro. He has previous experience as a sole proprietor in the Energy field for over 2 years and is a Certified Energy Advisor with Natural Resources of Canada for both new and existing homes throughout Lower Mainland. He has extensive experience in BC Energy Step code and municipal energy bylaw metrics.

Shabneet Sohanpal

Shabneet is an Arts graduate with a concentration in Media and Communications from the University of The Fraser Valley, located at the land of the Stó:lō People. (People of the river)

She has 3+ years of experience in Community Housing, having worked for the housing at UFV, indicating that she is a diligent, organized professional. With great knowledge of Risk – assessment, and management She is in charge of coordinating office activities and operations in order to capitalize on competence and efficiency.

With 4 years of Customer Service Experience, her main goal is Customer Satisfaction and making sure your project is completed smoothly and in an organized manner.

Romil Modi

Romil has completed Masters of Environmental Engineering with Bachelors in Civil Engineering degree from Gujarat Technological University, India. He is passionate about learning and is currently pursuing Construction Estimating certificate course from SAIT, Calgary.

Romil has over 3 years of drafting and design experience in Mechanical and Civil discipline. He has proven knowledge of drafting and designing commercial, industrial and residential projects. He has extensive experience for detail site visits and site survey for varying type and size of projects. Romil is responsible for mechanical drafting and construction administration at EPro. Together with his engineering, customer skills and new estimating knowledge, he brings a rare combination of skills to EPro team.

Dapinder Sunny

Dapinder Sunny has Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology located in Mesra, India.

He has over 10 + years of International experience and is responsible for mechanical design and drafting.

He is always passionate about learning new skills and techniques. He is hard working, reliable and responsible for conducting Field Reviews.

He has worked on various projects including high rise buildings, army bases, hospitals, residentials and commercial developments and, various tenant improvements.

Jeremy Morada

Jeremy Morada has completed BS in Computer Engineering degree in Philippines. He has completed CAD and Drafting Specialist from CDI College, Burnaby, B.C. and currently pursuing Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) membership from ASET.

He has over 10 years of drafting and design experience in Mechanical discipline. He has the extensive knowledge on HVAC and Plumbing design in accordance with building codes, mechanical engineering design guidelines and calculations.

He has worked on various project including residential/commercial buildings, industrial buildings, school improvements, townhouses, warehouses, tenant improvements, offices, restaurants, retail, medical and dental spaces. He is skilled in producing high quality drawings with AutoCAD and Revit.

Hetal Bapodara

Hetal has completed MSc in Computer Applications and Information Technology from Gujarat University, India. After moving to Canada, she has worked in CAD drafting and Design Technology certification as well as Revit certification from SAIT. She has over 9 years of drafting and design experience with 7 years of experience in the Electrical discipline. She has worked on various projects including mixed-use buildings, townhouses, warehouses, offices, retail, restaurants, and medical spaces. Hetal is skilled in AutoCAD and Revit.

Tarandeep Singh

Tarandeep Singh is an Electrical Designer with 17 years of vast experience in the construction industry as an electrical designer.

He has designed different sorts of projects in residential, multi-family, mix-use buildings, industrial, hotels, and hospitals.

He is very competent to understand and prepare all HV-LV electrical drawings like Single line diagrams, Floor plans with light, power, low voltage, and fire alarm system.

Tarandeep is highly skilled in AutoCAD & Revit.

Venu Sukheja

Venu has a strong academic foundation in the fields of sustainability and Energy Management. Having graduated from the New York Institute of Technology, Vancouver, with a master's degree in Energy Management, she has experience working on a diverse range of Energy Management projects, including life cycle assessments, urban heat island effect, hydrogen fuel cell technology, and energy audits for residential buildings. Making her proficient in performing Energy audits and Energy modeling.

She is also a registered Energy Advisor with Natural Resources of Canada (NRCAN) and in addition to that is a LEED Green Associates.
